Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The Act on Specified Commercial Transactions applies only to transactions conducted in Japan between Japanese residents.

| Sales period, sales quantity and other sales conditions | The purchase or sale of each item may be subject to the sale period, sale quantity, use of the copyrighted work, and other conditions of sale. Please refer to the detail page of each item for these sales conditions. |
| Item price, fees and royalties | Buyer (when purchasing): You will need to pay the purchase price (tax included) displayed on the detail page of each item. In addition, if you choose to pay with Ethereum (ETH), a network fee will be charged. When selling an item and the goods as a set, the item shipping fee is included in the purchase price. |

Secondary seller (when listing secondary): There will be a secondary sales commission of 5% of the sales amount. If the creator of the work related to the item has set royalties, the royalties (sales amount multiplied by the percentage of royalties) will be deducted from the sales amount and paid to the creator. If the sales amount of the item is paid in Japanese Yen, bank transfer fee of 300 yen will be charged. If you purchase the item with a credit card , you will be charged a settlement fee of 3% of the sales amount. *The secondary seller is a person who sells products purchased through the service to third persons for sale on the service. |

Buyer (when purchasing): Payment of the purchase price must be made by the following deadlines after selecting a payment method. Credit card: within 15 minutes Rakuten Pay: within 15 minutes Ethereum (ETH): within 15 minutes Bank transfer: within 3 business days (*) 15:00 JST *For Ethereum (ETH), payment will be completed after 95 confirmations. Secondary seller (when listing secondary): - Sales amount (JPY) You can request "Express Transfer" (*) from "My Page" to pay the sales amount. Payment will be made to your registered bank account within 5 business days of your request. Fee and royalties will be deducted from the sales amount paid to secondary sellers. - Sales amount (Ethereum) Notes: *1 "Business day" refers to a business day of a Japanese bank. |

The expiration date of Paid Airdrop Tickets is the previous day of the purchase date’s corresponding day in the month which is six months after that purchase date. If there is no such corresponding day, the expiration date of Paid Airdrop Tickets will be the last day of the month which is six months after that purchase date. |
