[Important] Notice of Service Termination for Customers Residing in the EEA (including EU Member States) or the United Kingdom

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using Adam byGMO.

As a restructuring of our service, we inform you that we will terminate providing Adam byGMO services to customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) (including EU Member States) or the United Kingdom.

As a result, we will restrict access to Adam byGMO from the above regions, and end our compliance program with EU/UK GDPR.

User Accounts belonging to customers residing in the applicable regions will no longer be accessible after the service termination date. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Please note that after the termination of the service, personal data relating to customers residing in the EEA (including EU Member States) or the United Kingdom will be permanently and irreversibly deleted, in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

For Customers Holding Items on Adam byGMO
If you currently own items on Adam byGMO, you may continue to retain ownership of your items by completing the withdrawal (Mint) procedure by the service termination date.

Please be advised that if the withdrawal (Mint) procedure is not completed by the service termination date, you will no longer be able to manage or use your items on Adam byGMO after the service termination date.

Customers residing in the EEA (including EU Member States) or the United Kingdom.

Service Termination Date: May 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC+9)
* Access restrictions from the applicable regions.
* Termination of services for applicable user accounts.

Important Notes
* If you own items, please complete the withdrawal (Mint) procedure by the service termination date, as necessary.
* Items withdrawn (Minted) will be managed on the Ethereum blockchain.
* Items that have already been withdrawn (Minted) cannot be re-deposited into Adam byGMO after the service termination date.
* Any gas fees incurred during the withdrawal (Mint) process must be borne by the customer.
